Comments: Starting late in the day because of tides - total paddle about 8 miles -approx 3 hours, give or take a few minutes. Bring a light for your kayak as we may return after dark.
Maple Slough has been badly damaged from recent hurricanes, however on a trip up this past weekend, what remains was not a full bloom - expecting some color on this paddle.
Bring water and a light snack.
