Flash Paddle: Whiskey Ditch

Comments: This will be an easy paddle of 4-5 miles roundtrip suitable for beginners wanting to see the fall flowers and many birds centrally located in the delta just north along the Causeway. I scouted out this paddle on Wednesday and the fall flowers including burr marigolds are peaking now. The parking lot is located on the north side of the Causeway about 100 meters west of Ed's Seafood Shed. There is plenty of free parking and a nice soft boat ramp. We will be back in time for those interested in meeting for lunch or allowing time for other Saturday afternoon activities.
