Hi Julie,

Thought someone in the Mobile Bay Canoe and Kayak Club might be interested in these spring events.

The Georgia Botanical Society is planning an Okefenokee canoe trip before its annual wildflower pilgrimage, which will be held at the Okefenokee Swamp April 16 - 18, 2004. A link to the pilgrimage brochure is located in the field trip list at www.gabotsoc.org. This will be a great time to visit the Okefenokee.

The following week is the Smoky Mountain Wildflower Pilgrimage, which is based in Gatlinburg. We'll be camping in the park, seeing everything in bloom, and learning through the more than 150 field trips offered.

Let me know if you have questions.
