Weeks Bay Watershed Project to clean up rivers and bays in the Weeks Bay area will occur on May l7 starting at 8 am - 12 pm at the marina under the bridge on Highway 98 at the mouth of Fish River. Bring containers, trucks, boats, etc. for your own use in picking up trash. Rewards and lunch will be furnished. For info, call Mike Shelton at 928-9792 or e-mail to mshelton@dcnr.statel.al.us.
The lecture on the natural history of the Delta scheduled at Faulkner's Fairhope Campus for May 13 at 7:30 p.m. will be given by Dr. Eric Soehren, a Faulkner professor. For further information, call Faulkner at 928-1353.
