Mark your calendar for this Thursday, May 8, Centennial Hall, Faulkner State campus in Fairhope. Jill Gardner of the Huntsville Land Trust will discuss the organization and administration of local land trusts. Of special interest to kayakers and other eco-freaks is the benefit to local air and water quality. Hope to see lots of racks on vehicles in the parking lot or, more better yet, lots of bikes on the grass. We need more preservation of wetlands in this area. We need local organizations' support.
