VOLUNTEER WATER MONITORS NEEDED

Volunteers are needed by the Weeks Bay Reserve to take water samples every two weeks on the various streams in Baldwin County at designated locations throughout the county. New volunteers are trained, certified and provided with a test kit for sampling five different test parameters of the water. No special training or experience is required for each new prospective monitor will be trained and certified at the reserve for this work.

If you think that you might be interested in getting involved in improving our water environment by monitoring the streams of lower Baldwin County, contact: Mile Shelton at 928-9792 or at Frank Laraway 945-5504.
